Proverbs 31 is about Ruth. A wonderful story; An unwelcomed woman in Jerusalem and follower of Naomi (then later God the Father) works to selflessly serve her mother-in-law after the death of her husband. Her reputation makes her less of "Moabite trash" and Boaz leaves his estate to honor her and her late usband. She is rewarded by God for her grace and sacrifice. Read Ruth, then Proverbs 31.
I fly to Your Mercy, Compassionate God, Who alone are good. Although my misery is great and my offenses are many, I trust in Your Mercy because You are the God of Mercy, and it has never been heard of in all ages, nor do Heaven or earth remember, that a soul trusting in Your Mercy has been disappointed. Amen. (Today is Divine Mercy Sunday)
