    Kofta •1,5 kg mince •1 large onion, chopped •1/2 c parsley, chopped •salt •pepper Preparation: Mix and form into small balls.Place five balls onto a skewer. Shape the meat into a cigar shape on the skewer. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or if grilling, grill for 20-25 minutes or until done. Serve over a bed of white rice / salad / pita bread Serving Suggestions: Kofta is often served on flatbread (without skewers) or pita bread.
