Great routine and they show you each exercise movement on utube, just by clicking on to the name of the exercise. The only one exercise i would change is the KICK OUT exercise, omit the leaping off the ground with the both feet because of the awkwardness & impact, and just speed alternate from leg to leg with extended leg always on the floor and the kick out leg off the floor. mantis ?
