Made 4/9/12. Tips: Be sure to build your crust up high to hold in the hummus and yogurt. Definitely use plain greek yogurt and kalamata olives. More hummus, less yogurt. Moderately ok recipe.

!!!!HOMEMADE FALAFEL WITH TAHINI SAUCE--either half garlic/onions or (I used) double (2cans) chic peas and a pinch more cumin. Also needed to add a bit of water to tahini sauce. So delish. Sloan and Eleni loved. Served on naan bread with cucumber, toms, feta, and avocado. Delish.
