Herb and Citrus Oven Roasted Chicken: Absolutely delicious and I didn't even marinate it. Finally a citrus chicken recipe where you can actually taste the citrus and not just "sour"! I used dried spices in the oil mixture as well as on top of the chicken. I've got several packages mixed up as freezer meals!

Good recipes for dinner "Herb Citrus Roasted Chicken....made this for dinner with just chicken breasts and it was amazing. New meal added to the healthy dinner rotation. I added fingerling potatoes and fresh green beans and served with steamed broccoli."
