Herb and Citrus Oven Roasted Chicken: Absolutely delicious and I didn't even marinate it. Finally a citrus chicken recipe where you can actually taste the citrus and not just "sour"! I used dried spices in the oil mixture as well as on top of the chicken. I've got several packages mixed up as freezer meals!

Good recipes for dinner "Herb Citrus Roasted Chicken....made this for dinner with just chicken breasts and it was amazing. New meal added to the healthy dinner rotation. I added fingerling potatoes and fresh green beans and served with steamed broccoli."

Herb and Citrus Oven Roasted Chicken - Delicious! The hubs even enjoyed it. Next time I think I'll marinate it though...it wasn't quite as seasoned as I would have liked...but I like seasoning to slap me in the face...haha. Also, I might cook it longer next time...say 45 minutes for boneless chicken breasts. But, definitely worth the try and will be great for a base recipe.

Herb and Citrus Oven Roasted Chicken - Love with recipe

Herb and Citrus Oven Roasted Chicken. This was crazy easy and crazy good! It also looked so pretty. It was less fuss to make than a roasted chicken, but every bit as good. This definitely found a place in my go to recipes for dinner.

Curry Chicken Salad: In this salad, we’ve replaced the fatty mayo with Greek yogurt to cut the extra fat and sodium; so all that is left is the wonderful flavoring of spice and fruit. It’s so easy to make and goes well as a sandwich, served on lettuce for a full salad, or just as is!
