parmesan cauliflower poppers made 10/13 These are good. I baked mine at 400* for 25 min instead of frying them. Next time I'll use more salt as well, but I like them for something a little different.

    Dis you know that Parmesan is made with using animal rennet. The traditional source of rennet is the stomach of slaughtered newly-born calves. Vegetarian cheeses are manufactured using rennet from either fungal/bacterial sources or genetically modified micro-organisms. So its not actually vegetarian. :(
