Fruit Salad with a Citrus Vanilla Sauce
Citrus Salad w/ Mint Sugar from Bon Appetit 4 grapefruit 4 navel oranges 6 clementines 2 limes 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier ¼ cup sugar 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped 1. Peel clementines and separate all remaining peeled fruit crosswise into slices. 2. Mix all fruit in a large bowl, adding the Grand Marnier. Combine sugar and mint in a food processor and pulse until it’s finely chopped. Sprinkle mint sugar on top of fruit and serve.
