1 Can Artichoke hearts
1/2 Onion
1 10 oz Bag Spinach, Fresh


1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup Mayonnaise


12 oz Mozzarella cheese, grated
6 oz Parmesan
1 cup Sour cream
