1 Banana, frozen

Canned Goods

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder


1/4 cup Peanut butter, natural

Pasta & Grains

1/3 cup Oats, old fashioned

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp Cocoa nibs
3 tbsp Cocoa powder

Nuts & Seeds

1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Flax seeds


1/3 cup Vanilla greek yogurt


12 Ice cubes


1 2-1/3 cup water
