Rainbow drink. Make colored ice cubes (with koolaid), stack in tall glasses and pour in ginger ale. The kids really enjoyed this! It took a lot of prep work though. I mixed up 6 different colors of Kool-Aid and froze them in ice cube trays. That really took a long time - and it took up space in my freezer. And now I have 6 half-packs of Kool-Aid powder in my cupboard that I need to use up...

How pretty is this? Rainbow drink for kids: Kool Aid in different pitchers, pour the different colors into an ice tray and freeze them. When they are frozen, you can put them in any kid-friendly drink. If you use 7-up or Sprite, it turns into a fun spritzer that your kids will love!
