Ingredients 1 Pound Asparagus trimmed ½ cup flour 2 eggs, lightly beaten ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs ¼ cup grated parmesan Salt and Pepper to taste Dredge the asparagus in flour dip then in egg, and then into mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper. Place asparagus on wire rack onto cookie sheet in a preheated oven at 425 degrees. Cook for 7-13 minutes until golden brown.
Make Cane's sauce 1⁄2 c mayonnaise, 1⁄4 c ketchup, 1⁄2 T garlic powder, 1⁄2 T Worcestershire, 1 t paprika, generous amount of black pepper (cover surface two or three times) & mix well. Allow sauce to sit a few hours before serving.
