    Sweet Zucchini Relish - Sweet Zucchini Relish - Recipe by Gail - "My mother's sweet zucchini relish is a family favorite. It's delicious on hamburgers and hot dogs."

    Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Honey Butter 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Whip the room temperature butter with whisk attachment for 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar, honey and cinnamon and beat until completely combined and very smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl and turn up speed and whip for a minute or two or until really light and fluffy. Makes about 3/4 cup

    Carrots can be raw packed or hot packed. Canning Carrots I prefer canning carrots raw pack. I simply pack raw carrots tightly into hot jars leaving 1 inch head space. For a hot pack simmer carrots gently for 5 minutes then pack hot into hot jars leaving 1 inch head space. Add salt if desired. 1/2 tsp per pint, and 1 tsp per quart. Add boiling water to jars covering carrots and leaving 1 inch head space.preesure can>pints - process for 25 min. quarts - 30 min.Process at 11 pound

    Creamy Avocado Salsa Verde! OMG this is SOOOOO GOOD! Being from Texas, I thought I knew every trick to get a great roasted flavor in any salsa - until I read this gal's recipe and made it. In lieu of chopping everything in batches in the food processor, this gal put all of the hard vegetables in a roasting pan, cooked them in the oven, which brought out just amazing flavor and made the assemblage so easy! This is a canning recipe, but it only makes 4 pints - which will disappear fast!
