Pickled Eggs_ 12 large eggs_1 red onion, sliced_Small bundle of fresh dill_½ t mustard seeds_ 1 clove garlic, halved_1 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar_¾ cup water_2 t salt_ Cook your eggs. Place eggs into pot of cold water. Gently bring to a boil. When boiling, cover pot, turn off heat & let stand exactly 7 min.
