crockpot chai late: 4 c water, 4 c coconut milk, 8 tea bags (try Raspberry Leaf),1-2 t stevia leaf, 8 thin slices ginger root OR 1/2 t dried ginger root, 6 cinn sticks, 8-10 whole cloves/ 1/4-1/2 tsp clove powder, 2 cardamon pods, 1 t vanilla. Opt: 1 T chamomile flowers, 1/2 tsp dried fennel seeds. Cook on high for 2-2.5 hours or on low for up to 6. Top w/real whipped cream or cream from a can of coconut milk.
