This is so true, I have always like to run. But now i love it for all these reasons.I run all week, when it comes to the weekend i try and give myself a break. But i find myself wanting to go anyway, I have made it part of my daily routine that i dont want to leave it out on the weekends.

I also want to add that we run to show our children what healthy lifestyle choices look like. To them, we are runners. It's just part of life.
