      Homemade Foot Detox: Use 1/2 gallon Mason jar. Add 1c Epsom Salt, 1c Sea Salt & 2c Baking Soda. Shake. Add 1/4c of mix to dish pan filled with hot water. Soak 30 min. Ions in ES work to draw out toxins. After 30 minutes, dry feet then wash with warm soapy water, dry again & brush bottom of feet with a natural fiber foot brush. Rub feet with 100% aloe vera only. Do detox 1x/day for one week. Then 2x/week for 4 weeks. Then 1x/week thereafter.

      Detox foot soak - Mix 1 C Epsom Salt, 1 C Sea Salt, and 2 C Baking Soda in a jar. Soak feet 30 min in foot bath (non-metal) of 1/4 C mix w/ hottest water tolerable. Dry feet. Wash w/ warm, soapy water. Dry again. Brush bottoms w/ natural fiber foot brush. Use only 100% pure Aloe lotion afterwards. Repeat daily for 1 wk, 2 x / wk for 30 days, then 1 x /wk for regular maintenance.

    I loved Origins Foot Rest, which used to foam up and pep up tired feet with its wintergreen essential oil, but they don't do it anymore. Apparently wintergreen essential oil can be poisonous and is not recommended for use in aromatherapy, so I will give these recipes a try.
