Handmade foot soak and detox: I took a big 1/2 gallon Mason jar …..dumped in 1 cup of Epsom Salt, 1 cup of Sea Salt and 2 cups of Baking Soda….put the top on and shook it up! I then took 1/4 cup of the mixture….added it to a plastic dish pan filled with the hottest water I thought my feet could stand….and proceeded to soak my tired, aching feet! I loved Origins Foot Rest, which used to foam up and pep up tired feet with its wintergreen essential oil, but they don't do it anymore. Apparently wintergreen essential oil can be poisonous and is not recommended for use in aromatherapy, so I will give these recipes a try.
Homemade Foot Detox Ingredients: 1 Cup Sea Salt 1 Cup Epsom Salt 2 Cups Baking Soda You mix all the dry ingredients together and store in an airtight container. When you are ready to use, measure out 1/4 cup of mixture and add to hot water. The water should be as hot as you can comfortably stand. Leave your feet soaking for 30 minutes. Periodically keep adding hot water to the bath.

DIY: Honey Lemon Foot Soak | Warm Water | 1/2 cup Honey | 1–2 tbsp ACV | 1 Lemon (Sliced) | 1) Fill a large container with warm water. 2) Pour in the honey vinegar. Whisk to combine. 3) Top the water with the lemon slices. 4) Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes. 5) Remove dry thoroughly with a towel.
