Being fit doesn't make you less self conscious. Learning to love yourself for who you are no matter what makes you less self conscious.


This is my number one new quote! A lot of things I don't have control over in my life, but this is the one area that is all me.

Thank goodness I am at this point.  I no longer crave sweets. Healthy choices for life!

the less you eat sweets, the less you crave them. when you want sugar, your body is literally begging you for protein! SO true I haven't eaten sweets or drank pop in MONTHS and I have no desire to even try them when they're around.


Reason to be Fit - Because you shouldn't take your health for granted-do it while you can, you never know when you may not be able to get fit due to ever changing circumstances.BEST reason I've found on here to be fit!

to be able to say four miles is my short run...

Last summer 3 was my short run. With this year being my half marathon year I am pretty sure at least 4 if not 6 will be my short run.
