Mmm! I just bought some strawberries and bananas. Excited to try this, but I will skip the OJ (usually too much sugar in it) and I will exchange yogurt for tofu since I limit my soy. I eat seasonally, I haven't been making smoothies because they are too cooling. Now that we are having this early spring it's going to be a yummy fruit smoothy for breakfast tomorrow!
Berry Green Smoothie -the berries hide the green! so many smoothies call for fresh fruit at room temp, but I'm a huge advocate for frozen (HINT: buy bananas when they're super ripe and freeze them). Blend it up - it's like a healthy ice cream shake!
