Dredge in flour. Dip in egg wash. Dredge in crushed Doritos. Bake in a 400F for 15-20 minutes

This has become my go to chicken recipe. Husband, kids and friends have loved it. I use less mayo and more Parmesan cheese also a little more bread crumbs. It works great on fish too. Just adjust cooking time for fish. Yummy and very fast.
