Chia Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies by Eating Bird Food - I seriously has to bake mine for 40 mins. I'm not sure if that's because I live high in the mountains (altitude)? I didn't have vanilla almond milk, so I used whole milk and tsp of vanilla.
