Quesada Pasiega. Actually a type of pudding, with thicker consistency. Named after a region in Cantabria. Is made with a kind of yogurt( thicker than normal one). Very easy to make and so decadent!and much lighter than the normal cheese cake. But if you want to try the real one, go to Cantabria.
