4 Chicken thighs sliced into, boneless skinless

Produce

8 Garlic cloves, medium
1 2-inch piece Ginger--scraped, fresh
5 Scallions

Pasta & Grains

1 lb Chinese egg noodles, cooked

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp Granulated sugar
1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Beer, Wine & Liquor

3/4 cup Chinese rice wine
