Sweet Pepper Relish _ looks pretty & adds delicious pepper flavor to your foods. The relish is good on hot dogs, brats, fish & sandwiches. It can be mixed in with tuna or chicken salad or served with cheese (cream cheese, brie or another variety) & crackers or bread.
Zucchini relish My review: Relatively easy and quick to make and it provides a great relish flavor. I added a seeded jalapeno for a bit of kick. Next time I will keep the seeds. I like kick. This was a terrific way to use up all my zucchini from my garden. I will be revisiting this recipe again next year.
A copycat recipe of a Harry & David favorite, this Sweet Pepper & Onion Relish is easy to make and so delicious! Never thought to try to make this when all the H&Ds disappeared
Sweet Corn Relish 1 T vegetable oil 3 3/4 c diced red bell pepper 1 T kosher salt 4 c fresh or thawed frozen corn kernels 1 3/4 c diced red onion 1 1/2 c apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 c sugar 1/2 t ground turmeric Pack your corn mixture into your jars until ¾ inch of headspace. Cover with preserving liquid until it reaches ¼ inch headspace, making sure your corn is covered completely. Process in a hot water bath canner for 15 minutes, remove and let cool undisturbed for 12 hours before storing.
