How to have peace of mind in any conflict: Take full responsibility for your feelings, expectations and interpretations. Require nothing from the other person in order to feel resolved, satisfied or at peace. Determine what you need and how you can give it to yourself. Give it. Trust that there is more than one valid perspective in the conversation. Speak your truth without apology, attachment or charge. Surrender your desire to be “right”.
