Quinoa #Pancakes. •Pinner writes: I made these this morning and they were DELICIOUS! I sprayed the pan with PAM instead of using butter and then ate them with some blueberries and sliced banana .. no syrup or butter needed - very filling! :o) I think next time I'll add the blueberries to the mix and might try with whole wheat flour too.
