Vegan Pumpkin Whipped Cream - Delicious and holds up very well in the fridge. It actually keeps a rather firm, whipped cream-like texture and doesn't turn all liquidy like other coconut whip creams I have made. Definitely one to make again. Goes great in tea and coffee.
Strawberry Whipped Cream frosting: 1 cup heavy whipping cream- 1/3 cup sugar- 4 tbsp food processed strawberries (take some fresh strawberries, wash them, remove the stems, put in a food processor or blender until thick liquid)
