That’s all it takes to make the crackly-crusted, chewy, light-textured, DELICIOUS bread pictured. Just stir up a bucket of dough, and stick it in the fridge. That’s right, stir; no need to knead. Want some bread? Grab a handful of chilled dough, plop it onto a piece of parchment. Let it rise. Bake it to golden perfection." from kingarthurflour.com/blog
Garlic and rosemary chicken. For chicken (4 boneless skinless breasts): crush 6 garlic cloves into a paste then add the leaves from 2-3 sprigs of rosemary and coat chicken with this. Combine with 4 tbsp olive oil and let chicken breasts marinade a while. Fry for 3-4 min per side, or until cooked through.
I hear this is insanely easy - it literally took 2 minutes to stir together the dough - let it sit overnight and then bake. It is beyond easy and so delicious. Nice and crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside!
