Behavior Plans and Charts- This resource gave me some great ideas about ways to monitor individual students when the rest of the classroom is obeying the rules. I think an "unofficial" individual behavior contract could be very useful (I can think of one student in my field placement that this might work for).

I would use this in my classroom, as it is good to reward your students. Giving them something to work towards that is fun will encourage them to do the right thing. I want to have a controlled classroom! The best classroom in the school!(:
