Shadows

  • Patrick van Loosen

Change is necessary for us to move forward. Change is a constant. Change is what is needed so that we do not make the same mistakes over and over. The definition of insanity is "to do the same thing over and over and expect different results each time". Lets us come out of the shadows of insanity!

We cannot "hate" those that "hate" us or attempt to cause us to doubt ourselves or even pain. We need to have pity on them for the battle they are raging within themselves. Smile, admit that the battle is not with you but within them and walk away if you cannot or do not want to help!
