This is a big one for me. I have Narcolepsy, and it's hard to want to exercise, but if I can, then my friends also can! I wanna be that inspiration!

I did my first backbend at 30 because I felt like I needed to prove something. Now I'm 35 and am running my first 5k. Hopefully at 40 the sky will be the limit.
