    Gorgonzola Garlic Bread...EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS IT SOUNDS. And easy too! I sliced the bread all the way through and spread the gorgonzola mixture on top, as you would with any other garlic bread. Stick it under the broiler for a few minutes and watch it bubble to a golden brown that is to your liking! Went beautifully with the Roasted Pepper & Goat Cheese Alfredo recipe!

Caramel Glazed Apple Bread Bread: ■1 1/2 cups shredded apples ■1 cup brown sugar ■1/2 cup buttermilk ■1/2 cup vegetable oil ■4 eggs ■3 cups flour ■1/2 cup pecans ■2 tsp baking soda ■2 tsp cinnamon ■1tsp salt ■1 tsp nutmeg Glaze: ■2 tb butter or margar ■1/4 cup brown sugar ■1 tb milk ■1/2 cup powdered sugar Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottoms only of 2 (8×4-inch) loaf pans Bake 45 to 55 minutes

Gorgonzola Garlic Bread / Chez's Note: I love anything with bleu cheese, so this worked out wonderfully for me. You could even make it as a main dish instead of a side if you prefer.
