My kids have a smoothie nearly every morning for breakfast. It's a great way to get their protein, probiotics, and antioxidants. Here is the recipe per person: 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1 cup plain organic kefir, 1 scoop non-sweetened vanilla protein powder (I like Jay Robb), and a little ice. That's it!
