Take a little less than a quarter cup of quick oats, 1 egg, a small handful of blueberries, and some Stevia, and mix it all up in a coffee mug. If you want your muffin a little moist a tablespoon of plain soymilk or almond milk will do it. Then place in the microwave for 1 min. Watch it carefully! This could overflow! If the muffin top does not look firm, place back in 30 sec at a time. Once ready, flip mug upside down onto a plate and slice some fresh strawberries to decorate.

    just tried it with a splash of almond milk, egg and 1/2 packet of truvia....took the one minute plus 30 seconds twice after...just ok...didn't like texture

    I used almond milk and walnuts.Out of raisins.Yummy!They didn't look like the photo,more oaty.

    Made this recipe, they didn't look anything like this. Mine have visible oats..... the pic here looks more like traditional choc chip biscuits

    Yeah the recipe above is not what is pictured. If you are looking to make cookies like the picture they are Bisquick cookies. I did try the healthy recipe above and didn't care much for the texture of the cookies. They are quite mushy. But my kids did not mind and gobbled them up anyway, so eh no big deal either way

Steel Cut Oatmeal | Make one batch overnight then divide into to-go jars for a week of breakfast.

Skinny Banana Cookies: 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup of uncooked Old Fashioned Oats 1/4 cup chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using a spoon, scoop up the batter and place on the cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
