Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle Recipe | Taste of Home Recipes I made this the other day and really think it only needs a small can of pumpkin. It is very pumpkiny. I might also only make 1 cake mix instead if 2. My trifle bowl was too small tot add all of the layers but I made it work. It tastes good just too much pumpkin for me. And my grandpa said it was rich :)

Pumpkin Trifle. From Country Woman 1993. A great alternative to pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving. I use homemade gingerbread. I have substituted Cool-Whip for the whipping cream. For a company Christmas party one year I took this and Lemon Trifle-used spice cake, no pumpkin or spices; and Chocolate Trifle-used spice cake, no pumpkin or spices. All three went over very well!

Pumpkin Smoothies! One of the best things you'll ever taste in your life. Promise.

This is my favorite Easter dessert! Super easy and so yummy. It is easy to switch out lower fat ingredients if you are looking for something more healthy.

In a large saucepan, combine 2 cups sugar, cornstarch, and salt, mixing well. Add egg yolks and water to sugar mixture, whisking well to combine. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture thickens, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
