Oreo Cookie Balls are so easy to do. I modified the recipe and had the kids at church roll them in either powdered sugar or Nestle's Chocolate Powder Mix for a more truffle look. (Use Hershey's Cocoa Powder if you prefer your cookie balls unsweeten.) I've also made this with vanilla sugar wafer cookies and they turned out yummy too.
