    Peanut butter banana blueberry pancakes: 3 egg whites, 1 large banana, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1 serving Pb2. In bowl: mash up banana, add in 3 egg whites and combine. Heat skillet & spray. Pour half mixture into frying pan, top with blueberries & cover. Cook each side till golden brown. Top w. pb2. 98 c.
