this is a great idea for moms to help keep their car organized! Book holder for the car :) The pockets were cut to 8x9in. with a felt backing. I made all 4 pockets, then topstitched them onto a 11x30in solid panel of felt (front and back) that was sewn top and sides. I overlapped the pockets about 3 inches. Inserted a piece of cardboard into the solid panel and then finished the last side. Add straps, and done!

Travel Book Storage. Great idea for a road trip with kids! Materials: scraps of fabric (I used 6 coordinating-ish fabrics), interfacing or fusible fleece, ribbon and embellishments (optional), sewing machine, thread, cutting mat and rotary cutter.

Book holder for the car. So smart to put it between them in the backseat vs. over the back of the seat in front of them. No tutorial.

A bookshelf quilt! You could embroider the names of your favorite books on them. Would be a great hand-me-down for your children (the books would tell them a bit about you).

L brackets used to create shelves. Brilliant. Absolutely, brilliant!

Interesting storage for all my books I don't have shelf space for!

bookshelf quilt - coolest quilt ever!! If I had a sewing machine and I could sew and I had the time and the patience... This would be totally awesome! Maybe embroider book names on it, too.

car wallets! @Janet Pidgeon For Bubba? Actually, I think all of the littles would like this.
