    The Giver. Okay I was about nine or ten when the librarian gave this to me to read since I'd read through all the other kids books and had trouble finding another...that sticks with you for life. jeez this book has some stuff in it I bet would shock me now but I remember the truth about the old people and Gabe...Gabriel...something like that.

I have seen this book pinned quite a lot. I read the reviews and I'm thinking I want to read it, but have a little hesitation. hmmmmm.
