Here's how! 1) Eat less meat and dairy; 2) Eat more seasonal, low-processed, local, organic food (Real Food Right Now!) 3) Reduce the number of trips we take to the store; 4) Use less packaging and bring our own bags; and 5) Waste less food — 40 percent of food produced gets wasted.
