    Toscana Soup Recipe - I'm told this is like Olive Garden's Toscana soup. I've never had their soup, but if it's like this recipe then it's good soup :)

    Toscana Soup: delicious after changes to recipe! Tastes just like Olive Garden's! I blanched about 3 stems of kale, and it retained its bright green color throughout the life of the soup. Also, I used premium Italian sausage (hot), added pepper flakes, and used half and half. I also skimmed the scrum off the top.
