    Trying to get to this for morning workouts with my girl... Great tips for working out in the AM... this girl literalyl speaks from my heart... 5 am does come early, but my workout is 10x better at that time than it is at 6 pm. Plus, by 10 pm, I'm MORE than ready for bed after an early workout like that!! Great motivation to keep on moving. @Brittney Sgroi I though this may be a good read for you! :)

Wake up! daily workout also....Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine. Need to print and put on my mirror

Also, eat off of a salad plate, because your serving only needs to be as big as your fist. Eat small portions every 2 hours to keep your blood sugar stable.You need to work out for 40 mins. at least to lose weight (sweat). If you have a craving for something, only eat as much as you need to kill that craving. Plus don't consume sugar drinks.

This is the only way I can wake up at 5:30 am... only my alarm clock is across the room not in another room and I have to set 3!
