I changed up the recipe and they were still pretty good. I used soy milk instead of regular, left out the honey and used sweetened applesauce. (I figured the sugar in the applesauce would make up for the lack of honey). Pretty good!

Almond Joy Oatmeal  serves 1  1/2 C old fashioned oats  1 C unsweetened, vanilla almond milk (I use Almond Breeze)  2 T shredded coconut, unsweetened  2 T sliced almonds  2 tsp dark chocolate chips  Pinch of salt    Prepare the oats according to your favorite method, stove top or microwave. Once cooked, stir in the coconut, almonds and salt and top with chocolate chips

LOVE these and so will you. Recipe only makes about 10 bars so youre going to need to at least triple the recipe. By the way, great for summer since you dont have to bake these!
