    Das Boot - SUB-titled , but this if anything enhances viewing pleasure , usually hate subtitled foreign movies , but in this case it helps the viewer as hearing the genuine accents of German u- boat crew really gets viewer engrossed as usually only books can achieve - REALLY recommended - but is an epic epic as lasts many hours but watch an episode a day or week ( like I did when originally shown in individual episodes on BBC2 originally , so glad I watched it myself - give it a go or never know
