When I make these, I don't cut the tomatoes in half and I buy the mini ball mozzarella to make it VERY easy. I use slightly longer skewers and put them in a martini glass rather than on a plate. Sooo cute and DELICIOUS!!!!
Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie (2 servings): 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup frozen blueberries (fresh or frozen), 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. ***Mix oats and yogurt together and refrigerate over night. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
Overnight Banana Coconut Oatmeal: 2 bananas, chopped 1 cup steel cut oats 3.5 cups water 1/2 cup half & half or milk 4 tbsp shredded coconut Pinch ground nutmeg Put it all in a crock pot (minus one banana) and put it on low/warm for 8 hours. Wake up, put the other banana in it, and eat it!
