This is going on my salad tonight! basic vinaigrette: 1 clove garlic (1 teaspoon chopped) 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup red wine vinegar* 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Pappasitos Restaurant fajita marinade 1 cup pineaple juice (good stuff). 1/2 cup soy sauce 4 fresh squeezed limes 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 1 jalepono 1/3 cup onions 1/3 cup water. Cumin Salt Pepper. Papppasitos!!
Red Wine Vinegar Greek Salad Dressing-I add vinegar to the water linen the cruet, then 1/4 cup of water, add Good Seasons Italian and 1 Tbs of Dijon,2 Tbs. Fresh chopped dill, then fill to the oil line with olive oil. This lessens the amount of oil but tastes great.
All there is to this recipe is slicing some cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and chopping some basil…….. Then making a vinaigrette dressing with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, dill weed, sugar, salt and pepper. Drizzle it over the salad.
