I serve these with my own Angies Bella Marinara sauce (with the spices punched up a little), but these would also be good with a creamy ranch-style dip. Vary the herbs in the breading if you like, but I like this combination with the marinara sauce.

Baked Mozzarella Cheese Sticks Recipe: 1 package string cheese 1 cup panko 1 cup Italian bread crumbs 1 c. flour 2 eggs 2 tbsp milk 2 tbsp butter Marinara or Pizza sauce for dipping Cut string cheese in half.
