No-Bake Energy Balls. just mixed the ingredients. I suggest more honey and more vanilla for sweetness. Had to keep myself from eating the mix before finishing the balls! Pretty tasty. Going to try tomorrow morning for a pre-work-out energizer...
Healthy Breakfast Cookies (adapted From Wise Bread) 3 Mashed Bananas 1/3 Cup Apple Sauce 2 Cups Uncooked Quick-cooking Oats 1/4 Cup Skim Milk 1/2 Cup Craisins 1/3 Cup Pecans, Chopped 1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds 1 Tsp Vanilla 1 T Cinnamon 1 T Sugar Mix All Ingredients Together. Spoon The Dough By Teaspoonful Onto A Greased Cookie Sheet. Bake At 350 For 15 Minutes. Cool And Serve. Leftovers Can Be Frozen.
Breakfast cookie / I use this recipe for a base and add or sub dried fruit for blueberries i.e. dried cranberries... also add chia seeds for omega 3s and protein as well as a 1/4 cup peanut butter. I spread them in a 9x11 baking dish and cut up as bars.... fabulous!
Try this nice easy healthy snack! Apple chips. Slice some apples (make sure to make them really thin) cover them in cinnomon and pop them in the oven for about 30-50 min and flip! After about maybe a hour enjoy! Easy, simple and fun but dont eat to many at once . .
