Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine
Hello again, collegiettes! I am SO happy that classes are over for the semester. Now I have more time to fit in workouts!
I've been working out for almost a month now. It's the longest I've ever stuck with a work out. Not doing it to lose weight (don't think I could lol) but to get toned and amazingly sexy. My body is starting to look awesome and I am so proud of myself!
