    Weight watchers chicken pot pie -- 1 c Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix 1/2 c skim milk 1/4 c egg substitute 2 c frozen mixed vegetables 2 c cooked chicken breasts, chopped 2 cans reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup oven to 400. Mix veggies, chicken and soup. Mix bisquick, milk, egg. Pour on top of chicken mixture in sprayed 8x8 casserole dish.. Bake for 30 minutes, or until crust is golden. 6 serv 4.5 points. 4 serv 6.5 points.

Weight Watchers Chicken and Cheese Casserole 6 point!! Servings: 8 Ingredients: 2 cups cooked macaroni 2 cups chicken breasts, chopped 2 cups cream of mushroom soup, undiluted,2 cups skim milk ,8 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2 In a large casserole, combine all ingredients, mixing well. 3 Bake,covered, 35-45 minutes. 4 Remove cover; bake 10-15 minutes longer. 5 Serve immediately

Chicken Pot Pie Soup! -Skinnytaste This was really good. It took me a little longer to get all of the vegetables soft than what the recipe said, and I used chicken stock instead of the water (in place of the bouillon cubes). It turned out REALLY good. I served this with some toasted french bread. A very hearty dish (but HEALTHY) that would be perfect on a cool night. :)
