      Cauliflower Pizza Bites. Each bite is only 8 calories. But's like eating mini bagel bites. Family loved them! It makes a lot but have no leftovers!! I used parchment paper on a pizza pan and only cooked for 20 min - worked great!! FINALLY - something to do with the cauliflower from our bountiful basket!

      Hi Protein, Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza Bites ❀ 2c grated cauliflower (~1 head), ¼c egg whites, 1c cottage cheese (drained), 1 tsp oregano, 2 tsp parsley, ¼ tsp garlic powder, 1-2 TBsp Frank’s Hot Sauce (Optional) ❀ Easiest clean up if baked using a cookie scoop & dropped onto parchment paper OR use a silicone muffin pan ❀ appetizer snack
